To celebrate Dr. Martens’s first partnership with ADE, we set off a Kick-off event to tribute Dr. Martens’s love for electronic music and empowering upcoming music artists.
For this event, we selected inspiring young creatives with an original vibe you could not miss. The campaign was about amplifying the brand’s philosophy and reconnection with local creatives and talents.
The event took place in one of the Dr. Martens stores in Amsterdam. A first for them as an official ADE location. We invited a variety of profiles to celebrate this partnership. So we created a crowd of talents of a diverse group of people. The event had a seeding lounge where our talents could select from Dr. Martens’s classics, and while receiving a new pair of DM, we set up a customization corner where they could also customize their boots. The evening came together with some nice drinks and good music, which elevated the in-store kick-off event to a party setting.
By surprising our talents and using the good energy of the event, they created content for their socials that was pure and showed the best of Dr. Martens’s brand philosophy. So, this in-store location created an inspiring atmosphere on one of the busiest days in Amsterdam.
Production of this event came back to selecting an original group fitting the brand, setting up the event, and using our knowledge of the media landscape. All to celebrate this new partnership and activate our new target group by using the brand’s strengths.
