Intimissimi Christmas dinner was a unique event that took place in a magic atmosphere in Amsterdam during Christmas time. Special guests, breathtaking performances, and a wonderful set up were possible thanks to the help of UPR and all the professional partner that worked closely with the brand. Team work makes the dream work. This was just the beginning of the impact Intimissimi will have in the upcoming year in the Netherlands.

The challenge

The challenge for UPR for the Italian fine lingerie brand Intimissimi, was to create a magical and unforgettable event aligning with the festive atmosphere of the Christmas period, that would enforce the brand image and visibility on local level.

Services & Approach

With this magical Intimissimi Christmas dinner event taking place in the Holiday season, we chose one of the most unique event locations in Amsterdam, The Wintergarden of Hotel Krasnapolsky. The Wintergarden was transformed into an even more magical venue, welcoming over a 100 press and influencer guests. Before welcoming all guests into the Wintergarden they were invited into the Intimissimi store for a special key pick up and an introduction of the store. The guests were transferred by Intimissimi branded bicycle cabs, to include a typical Dutch and fun touch to the start of the evening. With the Intimissimi store visit, the Intimissimi fashion gallery, the Fashion Composer dancers and the string quartet music performers the goal was to welcome Dutch key press- and influencers into the world of Intimissimi. It was the first time since the pandemic and opening stores in the Netherlands during that time,  that Intimissimi could really launch ‘big’ to the public.

Results

For this end of year dinner event, we transformed the magical Wintergarden of the Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam, to an Intimissimi venue. The evening hosted a 100 press and influencer guests, including CEO Intimissimi Matteo Veronesi en CEO Calzedonia Marcello Veronesi. Guests enjoyed a three-course seated dinner, while constantly being surprised with dance performances and ongoing lively string quartet music. The event generated a reach of over 8,000,000 and earned media value of nearly €350,000.
